The educational objectives of the program are:
(1) to possess the knowledge and skills to systematically and consciously apply concepts, principles, theories, models, and techniques related to planning, organizing, executing, coordinating, and controlling functions aimed at achieving the goals of the health system,

(2) to contribute to the scientific knowledge base through research conducted in the field of health institution management, to keep up with current health technologies,

(3) to be proficient in professional ethical principles and rules,

(4) to collaborate with stakeholders in the field,

(5) to have knowledge in leadership and entrepreneurship,

(6) to be able to follow health system changes and develop rational solution proposals

Education and training are conducted in the form of formal education. Additionally, internships or practical training are conducted in institutions and workplaces within the health sector.

Have and apply theoretical and practical knowledge about the field of health management. Have theoretical knowledge about economics, business administration, accounting, law, finance, finance and management science, capable of comprehending, evaluating and directing the functioning of the health system. Gain knowledge of all departments of the health system and the duties, authorities and responsibilities of employees and employees in these departments. Have information about national and international health policies, structure and characteristics of health systems. Have sufficient information about the relationship between health and development level, health status of the society, determinants of health, protection and promotion of health. Have the knowledge and skills to design, use and manage information systems in health management and use them effectively. Gain and apply knowledge of financial management and cost accounting in health institutions. Have and apply the knowledge and skills to make statistical, quantitative and economic analyzes in managerial decision making. Can use scientific methods and techniques in critical and innovative thinking, decision making and problem solving in the problems arising in the management of health institutions. Have the ability to follow the changes in the health systems around the world, to determine the change strategies and to adapt them to the Turkish health system. Can use grammar and terminology used in health institutions in written and oral communication, accurately and in accordance with the rules. Have leadership qualities, is able to communicate with other health professionals and is prone to teamwork. Acts in accordance with legal regulations related to the field of health, social, scientific and professional ethical principles. Have the skills and proficiency to use Turkish and foreign language knowledge when necessary, in written and oral communication in accordance with the rules, in order to express herself/himself and represent her/his institution. Be open to following current practices in the field of management science, to constantly improve their professional knowledge and skills, to change, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Examinations are done in two stages, in the form of midterm and final exams, in written or applied form in the fall and spring semesters. 40% of the midterm grade and 60% of the final grade are evaluated as assessment and evaluation criteria. The student must have passed all the courses in the program. In this program, the student must provide a minimum of 240 ECTS credits.

To ensure the quality of higher education programs;

• CoHE is responsible for the planning, organization, management, and supervision of education, teaching, and other activities carried out in higher education institutions.

• Within the framework of the criteria determined by CoHE, "University Monitoring and Evaluation Reports" for higher education institutions are published annually. In the reports prepared based on these reports, which include quantitative and qualitative evaluations of higher education institutions, CoHE shares them with the public.

• A Higher Education Evaluation and Quality Assurance Status Report is prepared by the Higher Education Quality Board and shared with the public.

• The quality assurance of undergraduate programs in higher education is provided in accordance with the "Procedures and Principles for Ensuring the Quality Assurance of Higher Education Diploma Programs."

1. Creation and Approval of Educational Programs:

1.1. CoHE determines the minimum standards and criteria required for the establishment of undergraduate departments and programs in higher education institutions.

1.2. The curriculum of undergraduate programs in higher education institutions and the learning outcomes that each program will provide to students are determined by the senates of the higher education institutions in accordance with the fundamental principles set by CoHE on these matters.

1.3. The curriculum of the National Core Education Programs is implemented by higher education institutions with the approval of CoHE after being accepted by the relevant Deans' Council.

2. Measurement-Evaluation: The measurement and evaluation of the learning outcomes that each undergraduate program will provide to the student are conducted in accordance with the basic principles determined by CoHE on these matters, as per the education and training and examination regulations prepared by higher education institutions.

3. Certification: Students enrolled in undergraduate programs receive a bachelor's degree upon successfully completing the course credits and other obligations determined by the higher education institutions.

4. Self-Evaluation-External Evaluation: Higher education institutions, within the framework of continuous monitoring, enter the "Institutional Self-Evaluation Reports" for the previous year into the Information System prepared by the Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC) at the beginning of each year. THEQC shares the "Institutional Feedback Report" it prepares regarding the external evaluation of higher education institutions with the public. Additionally, the accreditation decisions given by accreditation bodies authorized or recognized by THEQC also demonstrate that the programs' qualifications are ensured through quality assurance. It conducts regular review activities regarding the qualifications determined by THEQC regulations.

Our department has been accredited by the Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Health Sciences Education Programs (SABAK) for a period of 2 years and is evaluated at specified intervals.

However, our department;

-  Contributes to our university's quality education and teaching activities.

- By ensuring the development of relationships with our university's stakeholders, it measures the satisfaction levels of internal and external stakeholders regarding our university's services and activities, identifies any complaints, and takes the necessary measures for corrections.

- Establishes suggestion systems to raise the level of education and collects and evaluates stakeholders' suggestions.

- Contributes to the development of our university's institutional culture.

- Contributes to our university being a scientific, entrepreneurial, and innovative university.

- By contributing academically to our university's interdisciplinary studies, it helps our university attain the qualities that third-generation universities should possess.

- Contributes academically to our university's inclusion among the Research Universities of the Higher Education Institution.

To have a high school diploma and to be successful in the relevant exam conducted by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). For undergraduate and vertical transfer to provide the necessary conditions.

Students who graduate with bachelors degree are assigned in administrative units of public and private health institutions. There are also alternatives in academic field.
