| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Sınavlar, Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Her ders için her yarıyılda en az bir ara sınavı, bir de yarıyıl sonu sınavı yapılır. Ara sınavlar dışında kısa süreli sınavlar önceden tarih belirlemeksizin yapılabilir. Derslere ait başarı değerlendirmesinde kullanılan ölçütler (ara sınav, yarıyıl sonu sınavı, ödev vb.) ve bu ölçütlerin oranları, dönem başında öğrencilere dağıtılan ya da web sitesinde yayımlanan müfredat programlarında belirtilir. Yarıyıl sonu sınavları günü, yeri ve saati belirtilmek sureti ile Enstitü tarafından tespit ve ilan edilir. Bir öğrenciye verilecek yarıyıl sonu ders notu, yarıyıl içi ve yarıyıl sonu sınavı sonuçları ile yarıyıl çalışmaları ve derse devam durumu göz önünde bulundurularak dersin öğretim elemanı tarafından verilir. Ara sınav ve/veya yarıyıl sonu sınavı gerektirmeyen dersler ilgili bölüm tarafından saptanarak Öğrenci İşleri Dairesi Başkanlığına bildirilir. Bu derslerde öğrencinin yarıyıl sonu notu, yarıyıl içi çalışmaları göz önünde tutularak verilir. Yarıyıl sonu ders başarı notları, dersin öğretim üyesi tarafından, Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığına teslim edilir. Dates, places and times of final examinations are determined and declared to the students by the Institution. Final grades of the students are determined by the instructor of related course according to the assessment after considering mid-term and final examination results, term studies, and attendance of the student. If there are courses not requiring any mid-term or final exams, these courses are determined by the related Heads of Departments and informed to the Registrar’s Office. Semester studies of the students are taken into account for the final grades of these courses. Course grades for the end of term are submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the lecturer. Students are placed into this program with the score they get from the exam called YKS (the Exam for the Higher Education Council) carried out by ÖSYM (assessment selection and placement center).
Our graduates work at the department of urban planning and design and related social science disciplines in national and international academic and research institutions, planning units of ministries and local administrations, and regional development agencies.
