- Ekonominin istikrarlı büyümesi için, karşı karşıya kaldığı riskleri teminat altına alan sigorta sektörünün etkin ve verimli bir şekilde yönetilmesi amacıyla sigortayı bilen, ulusal ve uluslararası sigortacılık uygulamalarına ve teorilerine hakim yönetici adayları ile sigortacılık uygulamalarının bilimsel yöntemlerle yürütülmesine katkı sağlayacak akademisyenlerin yetiştirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
- Zorunlu ve seçmeli derslerden oluşan programda, sigorta teorisi, branşları, hasar, reasürans, sigorta istatistiği ve matematiği, sigorta hukuku vb dersler ile bitirme projesi yer almaktadır.
- Programda dersler, üniversitemizin akademik kadrosunun yanı sıra sigorta sektörünün deneyimli yöneticileri tarafından da verilmektedir.
Her ders için uygulanan ölçme ve değerlendirme şekli Ders Öğretim Planı nda ayrıntılı bir şekilde tanımlanmıştır.
