Ara Sınavlar: Her yarıyıl içinde açılan derslerle ilgili olarak bir ara sınav yapılır. Ara sınav değerlendirmesi, alınan puanın %40’ıdır. Yarıyıl Sonu Sınavları: Yarıyıl sonunda öğretimi tamamlanan derslerden öğrencinin başarı durumunu belirlemek üzere yapılır. Yarıyıl Sonu sınav değerlendirmesi, alınan puanın %60’ıdır. Mazeret Sınavları: Haklı ve geçerli bir mazereti nedeniyle ara sınavına veya yarıyıl sonu sınavına giremeyen öğrencilere, ilgili yönetim kurulu tarafından mazeret sınav hakkı verilir. Öğrencinin mazeret sınavına kabul edilmesi için mazeretini belgelere dayandıran bir dilekçe ile mazeretinin oluştuğu günden itibaren 3 gün içinde dekanlık/müdürlüğe başvurmuş ve ilgili yönetim kurulunca mazeretinin kabul edilmiş olması gerekir. Bütünleme sınavları: Öğrenciler yarıyıl sonu sınavları sonunda FD veya FF notu alarak başarısız oldukları dersler ile DD veya DC notu alarak başarılı oldukları derslerden bütünleme sınavlarına girebilirler. Bütünleme sınavında alınan not, o dersin yarıyıl sonu sınav notu yerine geçer. Ara sınav ve bütünleme sınav notunun ağırlıkları yarıyıl sonu sınavlarında olduğu gibi hesaplanır. Bütünleme sınavına girilen derslerde, önceki başarı notu ne olursa olsun, son başarı notu esas alınır. Muafiyet Sınavları: Senato tarafından belirlenen dersler için akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihlerde yapılır. Tek Ders Sınavı: Mezuniyeti için devam koşulunu yerine getirmiş olup da, başarısız tek dersi kalan öğrenciler, başarısız olduğu dersten tek ders sınavına girebilirler. Ayrıca mezun olabilmek için kayıtlı oldukları eğitim-öğretim programındaki tüm derslerden başarılı oldukları halde, genel not ortalamaları 2,00’nin altında olması nedeni ile mezun olamayan öğrenciler, genel not ortalamalarını yükseltmek üzere başarılı oldukları bir dersten bölüm başkanlığına dilekçe ile başvurmaları halinde ilgili kurul kararı ile tek ders sınavına girebilirler. Tek ders sınav hakkından bir kez yararlanılabilir. Öğrencilere aldıkları her ders için, o dersi yürütmekle görevlendirilen öğretim elemanı tarafından, aşağıdaki harf notlarından biri yarıyıl başarı notu olarak verilir. For the excuse exams, the student must submit a petition, which explains the excuse, in 3 days to deanship/ management. Moreover, the excuse should be approved by related board. Repeat exams: students may take repeat exams for the courses, which are graded as FD or FF that they fail and which are graded as DD or DC that they pass, at the end of term. The point of a repeats exam substitutes for the final point of that course. The percentages of midterms and repeat exams are assessed in the same way as final exams. For the repeat exams, the final point is considered regardless of what was graded before. Exemption exams: exemption exams are set for the courses defined by the senate on the specified dates in the academic calendar. One course exams: they are for the students who failed on one course and will graduate in case of succeeding in that course. Moreover, the students may take one course exam to increase their own average score, although they succeed all of the courses in the program, for the reason that they cannot graduate due to grade point average is less than 2,00. To take one course exam for graduation, a petition should be given to the head of department. One can take this exam only once. For every course, students are graded at the end of the term as below by the lecturer of the course.
