- Sivil Savunma ve İtfaiyecilik temel kanun ve yönetmeliklerinin ilkelerini öğrenip karşılaşacakları problemlerin çözümünde kullanabilme.
- Sivil Savunma ve İtfaiyecilikte tehlikeli kimyasal maddeler hakkında bilgi sahibi olup, gerekli olan algılama cihazlarını kullanabilmek ve bu maddelerin yangınına uygun söndürücü ile müdahale edebilme.
