- Kamu yönetimi alanının temel kavram ve kuramlarını anlayabilme.
- Kamu ve özel kesimin ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikli elemanlarda aranan; kamu yönetimi, siyaset, hukuk, iktisat, maliye, uluslararası ilişkiler, işletme, muhasebe bilgisine sahip olma ve bunları kullanabilme.
- Kamu yönetimi alanında kuramsal bilgileri analiz etme, değerlendirebilme ve çözüm önerileri üretebilme.
