| İlerleme Yolları (İlişki Türü) | Mezunlarımız, çeşitli devlet kurumlarındaki uzmanlık, denetmenlik, idari yargıçlık ve müfettişlik kadrolarına aday olabildikleri gibi, Dışişleri Bakanlığı'nda meslek memurluğuna da başvurabilmektedirler. Öğrencilerimizin, aday olabilecekleri mesleklere yönelik dersler, bölümümüz tarafından seçmeli ders olarak açılarak, ayryca öğrencilerin dil ve bilgisayar eğitimine de özel önem verilerek, uluslararası düzeyde rekabet edebilen bireyler yetiştirilmesi bölümümüzce öngörülmektedir. Mevcut öğretim kadromuz, hedeflediğimiz niteliklere sahip öğrenci profilini ortaya çıkaracak yeterli donanım ve niteliklere sahiptir. Programdan mezun olan öğrenciler siyaset bilimi ve uluslararası ilişkiler ve bu alan ile bağlantılı bir alanda yüksek lisans veya bütünleşik doktora programına başvurabilirler. | Further Info | Profile of the Programme: The Department of Political Science and International Relations offers an undergraduate and graduate program leading to a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and International Relations. Our educational philosophy is to provide students with adequate analytical skills and to maximize their ability to think, criticize and assess alternative points of view as well as enhancing their understanding of the dynamics of domestic and international political events. The Program aims to prepare students for a variety of career options, for instance, in diplomatic service, public relations, media, academia, research institutions and international organizations. After the second year, students are encouraged to specialize various sub fields depending upon career paths they have chosen. The Department also encourages the development of language and computer skills of students.
These matters are carried out in accordance with Çankaya University Bachelor's and Associate Degrees Regulations.
Face to face
Courses taken in other undergraduate programs may be recognized based on the evaluation of the Department in accordance with relevance and the approval of the Faculty Board. All courses taken in other undergraduate programs must be appropriately documented.
Graduates can apply a master's or an integrated doctorate program in political science, international relations or in a related field. Graduates can also apply a master's or an integrated doctorate program in another field provided that they fulfill the necessary conditions.
