• To be able to have master current legislation and basic theoretical and practical knowledge in this area
• To learn basic concepts of law and to have knowledge of law based on property.
• To analyze the main issues of Land Registry and Cadastre processes, having the ability of bringing solutions to the occupational problems analytically.
• Having the ability and knowledge of using traditional and modern measurement instruments, and making rapid and precise measurement.
• By having the knowledge of classical map drawing techniques, having the ability to use computer-aided map drawing and other CAD applications efficiently.
• Having sufficient knowledge and application skill on issues related to property right such as cadastral studies, expropriation, land consolidation.
• Having knowledge of map generation by photogrammetric and remote sensing methods.
• Having technical and legal knowledge and skill in planning, urban and rural land management and development plan applications.
• Having skill and knowledge on digitization and computerising of cadastral maps, researching and collecting spatial data for geographical information systems (GIS).
• Having self confidence of taking individual responsibility and the skill of working efficiently in multidisciplinary teams.With the conscience of necessity of lifelong learning, following the developments in science and technology and having the will of sustainable self-innovation.
• To be able to have knowledgeable about Turkish Language and History of Turkish Revolution and to have knowledge about Atatürks Principles

• Written, practical and oral evaluations are made for each course separately.
• Students are assessed whether they are successful or not from the courses they have taken in two stages, one midterm and one final exam. Other than midterm exams, quizzes, projects and other activities that the instructor deems suitable can be done.
• The contribution of these activities to the number and achievement grade is indicated in the course plan by the teaching staff.
• These evaluations are converted into achievement grades with the weight determined and announced for the courses and participate in the cumulative academic average in proportion to the course ECTS value.
• Success grade is converted to letter grade with relative evaluation system.
• In order for a student to be considered a successful dersten, he must obtain a CC as a minimum grade.
• Students with a GANO score of at least 2.00 (DC) and (DD) are considered to be successful in grades.
• Students who do not have a failed course but whose GANO is below 2.00 must first take the courses (DC) and (DD) in order to graduate and increase their GANO above 2.00.
• To be successful in all the courses available in the program (120 ECTS credits), to obtain a GPA of at least 2.00 over 4.00 and to complete the Sector Applications Training.

Undergraduate associate degree programs accept students within the provisions of the Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM) and within the framework of the Higher Education Act Law No.2547 and those who want to enroll in these programs should not have an existing enrollment in another higher education program.

Graduates of the Land Registry Cadastre Program are able to find employment opportunities in many public and private professions and can also do their own work.
