| Conditions for Success | All students must have for graduation in this programme , 120 ECTS and 2.00 cumulative grade point avarege in 4 semestreEvery student must register to courses at the beginning of each semester, and must be continued theoretical courses at least 70%, applications at least 80% for to take final exam. Students for each course at least one midterm and final exam are subjected to. The midterm exam contribution (as the midterm grade homework, laboratory exams, quizzes, etc. can be evaluated in the scores obtained from measuring instruments) is 40% and the final exam contribution is 60% for the success grade. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Final exam are required to obtain at least 35 points. Students, which have received one of the letter grade AA, BA, BB, CB and CC, are considered successful from that course. DC and DD notes are notes that are conditionally successful. For to become successful from a course which the student´s grade is DC or DD, overall weighted grade point average must be at least 2.0.Letter grades and their associated coefficients are as follows;Grade FactorAA 4BA 3,5BB 3CB 2,5CC 2DC 1,5DD 1 | |

The graduates do not have the right of working as individuals; they may work in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Histology, Haematology, Serology, Pathology, Parasitology, Neurophysiology, Audiometry Laboratories, Tube Baby Centres and Blood Centres of public and private treatment institutions with/ without beds under the Health Ministry. Additionally, they may work as technicians for medicine firms and food industry sectors units of microbiology research, and universities research units. They can be appointed Medical Laboratory Techniques in accordance with the Public Personnel Selection Examination (PPSE). | |

- To have basic level of theoretical and practical knowledge about the Medical laboratory techniques.
- Use the medical laboratoy tools and equipments according to rules and technics, and make controls and maintenance of them.
- Perform proper sample collection and transport procedures for medical laboratory tests.
- To use basic computer programs related technologies about the Medical laboratory techniques.
- Ability to use acquired information and skills about Medical laboratory techniques to inform relevant individuals and institutions, to communicate ideas and solutions in written and spoken.
- Executing independently a given task using their basic knowledge related to Medical laboratory techniques.
- Communicate by singular and organizational, join teamwork in laboratory and institution.
- Perform basic tests of related different medical laboratories, prepare solutions.
- Perform preanalytical sample preparation procedure, prepare inspection preparations, perform disinfection and sterilization.
