G notu ortalamaya katılmaz. 2) K: Başarısız olunan Tıp dışı ortak zorunlu ve/veya seçmeli dersler için verilen nottur. K notu ortalamaya katılmaz. 3) F1: Mazeretsiz, devamsız. Dönem sonu sınavı ve bütünleme sınavlarına girme hakkı olmayan öğrencinin aldığı nottur. I, II ve III üncü dönemlerde F1 notu alan öğrenci doğrudan sınıfta kalır ve IV, V ve VI ncı dönemlerde stajı tekrar eder. 4) F2: Devamlı. Sınava girme hakkı olduğu hâlde sınava girmemiş öğrencinin aldığı nottur (Puan=0). I, II ve III üncü dönemlerde dönem sonu sınavı ve bütünleme sınavlarına girme hakkı vardır, IV üncü ve V inci dönemlerde stajı tekrar etmeden bütünleme sınavına girebilir. 5) F3: Mazeretli, devamsız. I, II ve III üncü dönemlerde bir ders kurulunda, Yönetim Kurulunca kabul edilmiş bir mazereti nedeniyle devamsızlık sınırını aşmış olan öğrenciler, ders kurulu veya dönem sonunda, o ders kurulundan mazeret sınavına alınır. I. II. ve III. dönemlerde okutulan dersler ders kurulları şeklinde verilir. Ders kurulu sınavı ara sınav yerine geçer. Her dönemin sonunda son ders kurulu sınavının bitiminden en erken 15 gün sonra olmak üzere Fakülte Kurulunun tespit edeceği tarihlerde, o yıl okutulan tüm ders kurullarını kapsayan sınava Dönem sonu sınavı denir. Bir ders kurulunda her dersin kendi barajı vardır. Baraj sınırı %50’dir. Öğrenci, ders kurulu sınavında kurulu oluşturan derslerin bir veya birkaçından %50’nin altında not alırsa o dalda elde ettiği puan ile o dalın toplam puanının %50’si arasında kalan puan farkı sınav toplam puanından düşülerek o ders kurulu sınav notu belirlenir. Dönem sonu ve bütünleme sınavı notu belirlenirken baraj uygulanmaz. Dönem Sonu Başarı Notu: Ders kurulları ortalama notunun %60’ı ile dönem sonu sınavında alınan notun %40’ının toplanması ile elde edilen nottur. Öğrencinin bir üst sınıfa geçebilmesi için, dönem sonu sınavından en az 50 alması ve dönem sonu başarı notunun 100 üzerinden en az 60 olması gerekir. IV. ve V. dönemde staj sonu ve bütünleme sınavlarında başarı notu hesaplanırken, öğrencinin staj süresince yapmış olduğu çalışmalar ve uygulamalar staj karnesi ile değerlendirilir ve pratik sınav notu olarak staj başarı notuna katkıda bulunur. Staj karnesi, başarı notuna; 100 puan üzerinden değerlendirilip, %10 oranında olacak şekilde katkıda bulunur. Teorik sınavlar, etkinliği bilimsel olarak gösterilmiş ve Fakülte Kurulunun tanımladığı yöntemlerden birisi kullanılarak, hem yazılı hem de sözlü sınav şeklinde düzenlenir. Teorik ve sözlü sınav notu 100 puan üzerinden değerlendirilip, teorik sınav notu %40, sözlü sınav notu ise %50 oranında staj sonu notuna katkıda bulunur. Teorik sınavdan 100 puan üzerinden en az 50 puan alamayan öğrenci sözlü sınava giremez. İntörn doktorluk döneminde öğrencilerin başarısı intörn karneleri dikkate alınarak 100 tam not üzerinden değerlendirilir. Başarı notu 60 ve üzeridir. | |
