Türk kültürünün, dilinin, edebiyatının evrenselliğine ve bu evrenselliğin gerekçelerine dair farkındalık sahibi olan, Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı alanı ürünlerinin geçmişten günümüze gelişimini değerlendirebilen, disiplinler arası bir yaklaşım ve teknolojik gelişmeler ışığında Türk Dili ve Edebiyatına dair birikimini toplumsal fayda amacıyla kullanan mezunlar yetiştirmek. Bu amaç doğrultusunda şu sınıflandırmayı yapabiliriz:

Mezuniyet için:

Bu yapı, öğrencilerin akademik ve pratik yeterliliklerini ölçer. Bu doğrultuda program, öğrencilerinin katılacağı/katılması muhtemel sınavlar; ara sınav, yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınavı, staj sonu sınavı, bütünleme sınavı, tek ders sınavı ve mazeret sınavıdır.
YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında eğitim ve öğretim ile diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetlenmesinden sorumludur.
• YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” her yıl yayımlanır.
• Yükseköğretimde lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi “Yükseköğretim Diploma Programlarının Kalite Güvencesinin Sağlanmasına Yönelik Usul ve Esaslar” a göre sağlanır:
1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması: Yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans bölüm ve programların açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler.
1.1. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir.
2. Ölçme-Değerlendirme: Her bir lisans programının öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının ölçme ve değerlendirmesinin nasıl yapılacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından hazırlanan öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliğine göre yürütülür.
3. Belgelendirme: Lisans programlarına kayıtlı öğrenciler, yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından belirlenen ders kredilerini ve diğer yükümlülükleri başarı ile tamamlamaları halinde; lisans diploması alır.
4. Öz Değerlendirme-Dış Değerlendirme: Yükseköğretim kurumları, sürekli izleme bağlamında, her yılın başında bir önceki yıla ait “Kurum İç Değerlendirme Raporlarını” Yükseköğretim Kalite Kurulu (YÖKAK) tarafından hazırlanan Bilgi Sistemine girer. YÖKAK, yükseköğretim kurumlarının dış değerlendirmesine ilişkin hazırladığı “Kurumsal Geri Bildirim Raporu”nu kamuoyuyla paylaşılır. Ayrıca, YÖKAK tarafından yetkilendirilen veya tanınan akreditasyon kuruluşları tarafından verilen akreditasyon kararları da programların yeterliliklerinin kalite güvencesinin sağlandığını gösterir. YÖKAK mevzuatı gereği belirlenen yeterliliklere ilişkin düzenli gözden geçirme faaliyetleri yapar.
5. Aydın Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi İnsan ve Toplum Bililmleri Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümünün eğitim niteliği, Fen, Edebiyat, Fen-Edebiyat, Dil ve Tarih-Coğrafya Fakülteleri Öğretim Programları Değerlendirme ve Akreditasyon Derneği (FEDEK) tarafından belirlenen akreditasyon şartları kapsamında güvence sağlamaktadır.
Kalite güvencesi, Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK) tarafından belirlenen kriterler ve akreditasyon süreçleri çerçevesinde sağlanır. Üniversite, sürekli izleme ve dış denetimlerle eğitim kalitesini güvence altına alır.

Ayrıca sertifika almaları hâlinde devlet arşivlerinde ve kütüphanelerde uzman veya basın-yayın organlarında editör olarak iş bulabilmektedirler.
- Bölüm mezunları, KPSS puanlarına göre kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının ilgili birimlerinde çalışma fırsatı yakalar.
- Akademik kariyer hedefleyen mezunlar, ÖSYM tarafından düzenlenen ALES ve YDS sınavlarından gerekli puanları almaları durumunda lisansüstü eğitimlerine devam ederek üniversitelerin akademik kadrolarında yer alabilirler.

In the Department of Turkish Language and Literature the evaluation of student achievement is based on the Aydın Adnan Menderes University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulation prepared in accordance with Articles 14 and 44 of the Higher Education Law No 2547 dated 4111981 Assessment and evaluation are carried out in the form of exams and assignments for each course Grading is conducted within the framework of the Education Training and Examination Regulation applied throughout the university
For graduation
All courses must be successfully completed
There must be no grade of F1 or F2
At least 240 ECTS credits must be earned
The overall grade point average must be at least 200 out of 400
This structure measures the academic and practical competencies of students Accordingly the examinations that students are required or likely to take in the program are midterm examinations end of semester or end of year examinations internship final examinations make up examinations single course examinations and excuse examinations
The Council of Higher Education YÖK is responsible for the planning regulation administration and supervision of education training and other activities carried out in higher education institutions
Within the framework of the criteria determined by YÖK the University Monitoring and Evaluation Reports for higher education institutions are published annually
The quality assurance of undergraduate programs in higher education is ensured in accordance with the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Quality Assurance of Higher Education Diploma Programs
1. Program development and approval The minimum standards and criteria required to open undergraduate departments and programs in higher education institutions are determined by YÖK
1.1. The curriculum of undergraduate programs and the learning outcomes to be acquired by students in each program are determined by the senates of higher education institutions in line with the basic principles set by YÖK
2. Assessment and evaluation The methods of assessing and evaluating the learning outcomes to be acquired by students in each undergraduate program are carried out in accordance with the education and examination regulations prepared by higher education institutions based on the basic principles determined by YÖK
3. Certification Students enrolled in undergraduate programs are awarded a bachelor’s diploma upon successful completion of the course credits and other requirements determined by the higher education institutions
4. Self evaluation and external evaluation Within the framework of continuous monitoring higher education institutions upload their Institutional Self Evaluation Reports for the previous year into the Information System prepared by the Higher Education Quality Council YÖKAK at the beginning of each year YÖKAK shares with the public the Institutional Feedback Report it prepares regarding the external evaluation of higher education institutions In addition accreditation decisions granted by accreditation agencies authorized or recognized by YÖKAK demonstrate that the qualifications of programs meet quality assurance requirements In accordance with YÖKAK regulations regular review activities regarding the established qualifications are carried out

The educational quality of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is ensured within the framework of the accreditation requirements determined by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Educational Programs in Faculties of Science Letters Science Literature Turkish Language and History Geography FEDEK
Quality assurance is ensured within the framework of the criteria determined by the Council of Higher Education YÖK and the accreditation processes The university secures the quality of education through continuous monitoring and external evaluations

General admission requirements for Turkish and foreign students apply to start the program. Admission and registration to the faculty is regulated within the framework of the Higher Education Law and rules. Students are admitted to the faculty according to the results of the Higher Education Transition Examination (YGS) and Undergraduate Placement Examination (LYS) conducted by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). In the admission of foreign students to the department, the conditions determined by the university for foreign students are valid.
Students who meet the necessary requirements graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Turkish Language and Literature
After graduation our students can become Turkish Language and Literature teachers in educational institutions under the Ministry of National Education private schools and classrooms if they take the formation courses required for teaching In addition if they receive a certificate they can find employment as experts in state archives and libraries or as editors in press and media organizations
Graduates of the department have the opportunity to work in the relevant units of public institutions and organizations according to their KPSS scores
Graduates who aim for an academic career can continue their graduate education and take part in the academic staff of universities provided that they obtain the required scores in the ALES and YDS exams conducted by ÖSYM
