Has enough information about Turkey s Turkish sound science, the shape of science, syntax, semantics, and uses this information.
• 11- Has the skills of creating knowledge, editing, transmission, storage, presentation , and sharing at Turkish Language and Literature field by using information and Internet technologies.
• 12- Intends to have enough level of foreign language skill to be able to follow current research and to communicate with colleagues in the field of Turkish Language and Literature.
• 13- Being history-conscious about principles of Atatürk and being knowledgeable about Revolution.
• 14- Knows old alphabets of Turkish and can translate them to Latin alphabet and can do linguistic studies on these texts.

Candidates must have a high school and balanced school diploma and must have earned enough points from the Student Selection Exam. A student who is studying in the equivalent program at home or abroad may apply for a transfer or student exchange program.
