- Hayvanlarda gelişme geriliği, verim azalması, ürün kalitesinin düşmesi vb. etkilere yol açan olumsuzluk faktörlerinin önlenmesine yönelik değerlendirmeler yapar.
- Laboratuvarda basit ilaç şekillerini ve hazırlanmalarını bilir.
- İlaç ve zehirli maddelerin tanısını ve sonuçlarının değerlendirmesini yapar.
- Veteriner Farmakoloji ve Toksikoloji alanında faaliyet gösteren kamu ve özel kurum ve kuruluşlarda uzman statüsünde çalışır ve danışmanlık yapar.

| Description | The main objective of the doctorate program (Doctorate, Dr.) is to train contemporary individuals equipped with knowledge, skills and attitudes that can serve in all fields of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, internalizing ethical values, aware of world realities and embracing life-long learning importance. In this respect, it aims to contribute to the research and development studies in the field of veterinary pharmacology and toxicology, to provide qualified personnel support to the veterinary pharmaceutical sector and to the related institutions and to meet the needs of specialist labor force.Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology is to educate contemporary individuals who are equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that they can serve in every field, who are assimilated with ethical values, who are aware of the facts of the world and who accept the importance of lifelong learning, researching in the direction of education, questioning themselves, renewing themselves and meeting internationally accepted criteria.Graduate students graduated from the program 1. | Further Info | Examination, Assessment and Grading:Students must attend 70% of theoretical and 80%practical courses. The attendance status of the students is monitored by the course instructor. Students are not allowed to take the final exams of courses that are absent. The semester evaluation related to the course in which the student is registered is done in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the course presentation form. The final examination program is announced by the relevant institute head of the department / department. Students who fail or cannot enter the final exam are given a makeup examination.In order to be successful in a course thesis / masters at least (CB 75-79), you need to take. Thesis study, seminar and semester project, specialization course and applied technical lessons are not credited and evaluated as successful (B) or unsuccessful (K) and do not participate in general grade average.
