| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | (1) Her türlü yarıyıl içi ve genel sınav değerlendirmeleri, 100 tam puan üzerinden tam sayı esasına göre notlandırılır. (2) Dersin sorumlu öğretim elemanı, dersin yarıyıl sonu sınavının yapıldığı tarihi izleyen yedi gün içinde, derse kayıtlı öğrencilerin 100’lük sisteme göre belirlenmiş başarı puanını otomasyon sistemine girer. (3) Şube başarı puanı ortalaması, yarıyıl sonu sınavına giren tüm öğrencilerin başarı puanları toplamının öğrenci sayısına bölünmesi ile elde edilir. (4) İlgili öğretim elemanı tarafından belirlenen sayıda yapılan ödev, proje, seminer, rapor, arazi/klinik/laboratuvar uygulamaları ve benzeri çalışmalar ile küçük sınav ve ara sınavlardan alınan notlar öğrencinin yarıyıl/dönem içi notları olarak değerlendirilir. (5) Yarıyıl/dönem içi notlarının her birinin ders başarı puanına katkısı toplamı %30-%50 aralığında olmak koşulu ile ilgili öğretim elemanı tarafından belirlenir. (6) Herhangi bir yarıyıl/dönem içi notunun ders başarı puanına katkısı yarıyıl/dönem sonu sınavının katkısından fazla olmaz. (7) Her ders için en az bir ara sınav yapılır. | Kalite Güvencesi | Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması: 1.1. YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans bölüm ve programların açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler. 1.2. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir. 1.3. Ulusal Çekirdek Eğitim Programlarının müfredatı ilgili Dekanlar Konseyi tarafından kabul edildikten sonra YÖK’ün onayıyla yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından uygulanır. 2. Ölçme-Değerlendirme: Her bir lisans programının öğenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının ölçme ve değerlendirmesinin nasıl yapılacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından hazırlanan eğitim ve öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliğine göre yürütülür. 3. Belgelendirme: Lisans programlarına kayıtlı öğrenciler, yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından belirlenen ders kredilerini ve diğer yükümlülükleri başarı ile tamamlamaları halinde; lisans diploması alır. 4. Öz Değerlendirme-Dış Değerlendirme: Yükseköğretim kurumları, sürekli izleme bağlamında, her yılın başında bir önceki yıla ait “Kurum İç Değerlendirme Raporlarını” Yükseköğretim Kalite Kurulu (YÖKAK) tarafından hazırlanan Bilgi Sistemine girer. YÖKAK, yükseköğretim kurumlarının dış değerlendirmesine ilişkin hazırladığı “Kurumsal Geri Bildirim Raporu”nu kamuoyuyla paylaşılır. Ayrıca, YÖKAK tarafından yetkilendirilen veya tanınan akreditasyon kuruluşları tarafından verilen akreditasyon kararları da programların yeterliliklerinin kalite güvencesinin sağlandığını gösterir. YÖKAK mevzuatı gereği belirlenen yeterliliklere ilişkin düzenli gözden geçirme faaliyetleri yapar. | |
| Giriş Şartı | Türkiye’deki yükseköğretim kurumlarından Pamukkale Üniversitesine yatay geçiş yapmak isteyen öğrencileri için “Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Ön Lisans ve Lisans Düzeyindeki Programlar Arasında Geçiş, Çift Anadal, Yandal ile Kurumlararası Kredi Transferi Yapılması Esaslarına İlişkin Yönetmelik” hükümleri uygulanır. Ortak zorunlu yabancı dil dersleri muafiyet sınavı, güz yarıyılı başında akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihte yapılır. Bu sınav için mazeret sınav hakkı verilmez. Ortak zorunlu yabancı dil muafiyet sınavına, hazırlık programı bulunmayan fakülte/meslek yüksekokulu/yüksekokul öğrencileri girer. Muafiyet sınavına girecek öğrenciler, akademik takvimde belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili birime başvurur. Ayrıca; Yabancı dil hazırlık programı bulunan bölümlere ilk kez kayıt yaptıran öğrenciler, akademik yıl başlamadan önce düzey belirleme ve yeterlik sınavına girerler. Ortaöğretim yeterliliklerine dayalı olarak sekiz yarıyıllık bir programı kapsayan ve belirli bir öğrenme alanına veya mesleğe yönelik eğitim veren bir yükseköğretim programıdır.
Eğitim ve öğretim, laboratuvarlarda, spor alanlarında ve dersliklerde örgün öğretim şeklinde yüz yüze gerçekleştirilir. Ayrıca, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı ve yükseköğretim kurumları bünyesindeki kurumlarda staj olarak uygulamalı eğitimler yapılır.

Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
- · YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretimle diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetiminden sorumludur.
- · YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde her yıl hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlarda YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır.
- · YÖK tarafından her yıl vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait akademik, idari ve mali verileri içeren “Vakıf Yükseköğretim Kurumları Raporu” yayımlanır. Vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik yapılan nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren bu raporlar YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. Yükseköğretimde lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi “Yükseköğretim Diploma Programlarının Kalite Güvencesinin Sağlanmasına Yönelik Usul ve Esaslar” a göre sağlanır:

(2) Within seven days following the date of the final exam, the instructor responsible for the course enters the achievement score of the students enrolled in the course into the automation system, which is determined according to the 100-point system. | Access Requirements | For students who want to transfer from higher education institutions in Turkey to Pamukkale University, the provisions of the “Regulation on the Principles of Transferring Between Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Credit Transfer Between Institutions” are applied. The exemption exam for common compulsory foreign language courses is held at the beginning of the fall semester on the date specified in the academic calendar. No make-up exam is allowed for this exam. Students of faculties/vocational schools/colleges that do not have a preparatory program take the common compulsory foreign language exemption exam.
