To graduate from the program, the students are obliged to successfully fulfil 60 ECTS for the courses and 60 ECTS for the thesis, and obtain total 120 ECTS, and their thesis should be successfully satisfied by the jury.

Only the original copies of the required documents for application or copies officially approved by the Institute are accepted. The procedures for military service and criminal records are based on the candidate’s declarations. The candidates had right to registration should not present the required documents given in application. The students, who want to register at the Division, should complete the required processes and provide proficiencies in the required exams according to the academic and legal regulations announced by the University and the Council of Higher Education (CHE). The students who started graduate education in the equivalent programs in other domestic or foreign universities or other graduate programs in the University can apply for intra-university transfers to the division of Public Administration, under the conditions determined by the University and the Institute and the Division. The acceptance of the candidates is individually and carefully inspected and evaluated taking into account their applied field. The conditions of acceptance and registration for the program are announced on the official webpages of the University before the beginning of the fall and spring terms in each year.
