Öğrenme Kazanımları (Tanım)	Eğitim bilimine ilişkin genel bilgi birikimini, EYTEPE alanına ilişkin temel teori ve uygulamalar çerçevesinde derinleştirebilme. Eğitim yönetimi ve denetimine ilişkin teori ve uygulamalar arasındaki ilişkileri değerlendirebilme. EYTEPE ile diğer ilişkili disiplinler arasında ilişkileri kavrayabilme. EYTEPE’ye ilişkin sorunları bilimsel problem çözme çerçevesinde kurgulayıp, nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerini kullanarak eğitim sisteminin sorunlarına çözüm önerileri getirebilme. Eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi alanında bağımsız çalışmaları yürütebilecek araştırma yöntem bilimi ve alan yazın bilgi birikimine sahip olabilme. Eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi alanıyla ilgili varsayım, düşünce ve teorileri şüpheci, mantıksal, analitik ve bağımsız bir bakış açısıyla ele alarak eleştirel bir gözle değerlendirebilme. Alana ilişkin yabancı çalışmaları takip edebilme. Eğitim sistemine ilişkin geliştirilen strateji, politika ve planları eğitim yönetimi ve denetimine ilişkin teori ve ilkeleri açısından ele alarak sonuçları ulusal ve uluslar arası kalite göstergeleri çerçevesinde değerlendirebilme. Ülkenin sahip olduğu insan ve madde kaynaklarını ulusal politikalar ve meydana gelen sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel ve bilimsel gelişmeleri değerlendirebilme. Bilgi teknolojilerinin genel özellikleri doğrultusunda EYTEPE alanına ilişkin sorunların çözümünde tartışabilme. Alanında özümsendiği bilgi ve becerilerden yararlanarak disiplinler arası çalışmalarla yeni bakış açıları geliştirebilme. EYTEPE’ye ilişkin edinilen bilgileri farklı düzeylerdeki eğitim örgütlerinin geliştirilmesi ve etkili yönetilmelerinde uygulayabilme. EYTEPE alanında bilimsel bir araştırma yürütebilmek için gerekli olan istatistikî teknikleri kullanabilme. Bulundukları sosyal ve eğitimsel ortamların gerektirdiği liderlik becerilerini uygulayabilme. Alana ilişkin yürütülen çalışmalarda toplumsal, bilimsel ve etik değerlerin farkında olarak; araştırma sürecini bu değerler çerçevesinde yürütebilme. Eğitim örgütlerinde insan kaynaklarının örgütsel amaçlar doğrultusunda yönetime ilişkin gerekli bilgi ve becerilere sahip olabilme. Okullarda değişim yönetimine ilişkin tasarlanan strateji ve süreçleri uygulayabilme. Sınıf yönetimi ile ilgili yaklaşımları sınıf içinde karşılaşılan davranış problemlerinin çözümünde kullanabilme.

Description	To enhance general knowledge about education science within the framework of basic theories and applications concerning the field of MSPEE. To be able to evaluate the relations between the theories and applications concerning education management and supervision. To be able to comprehend the relationships between MSPEE and other related disciplines. To be able to visualize the problems about MSPEE within the framework of scientific problem-solving, and to offer suggestions for solution for the problems of the education system by using qualitative and quantitative research methods. To possess the necessary knowledge of research methodology and field literature to be able to conduct independent studies in the field of education management and supervision. To be able to evaluate critically the assumptions, ideas and theories about the field of education management and supervision through skeptical, logical, analytical and independent perspective. To be able to follow foreign research in the field. To be able to discuss the strategies, policies and plans developed for the education system in terms of the theories and principles concerning education management and supervision and to evaluate the outcomes within the framework of national and international quality indicators. To be able to assess the country’s human and material resources in relation to national policies and social, economic, cultural and scientific developments. To be able to discuss how to solve the problems in the field of MSPEE on the basis of the general characteristics of information technologies. To be able to develop new perspectives through interdisciplinary research by making use of the knowledge and skills learned in the field. To be able to use the knowledge about MSPEE to develop and effectively manage educational organizations at different levels. To be able to use the necessary statistical techniques to conduct scientific research in MSPEE. To be able to implement the leadership skills required by specific social and educational environments. To be aware of the social, scientific and ethical values in the studies in the field and to conduct research on the basis f such values. To possess the necessary knowledge and skills for the management of human resources in educational organizations in line with educational goals. To be able to implement the strategies and processes designed for change management at schools. Conditions for Success	To train field specialists who have the proficiences of license degree, have the abilities of making scientific research and ethic values and who create new knowledge through analysis, synthesis and appreciation with the interdisciplinary approach on the topies of educational administration and supervision and who are open to personal and vocational development.
