Başarma Şartları	Yükseklisans programının normal eğitim süresi 2 yıldır. Mezun olabilmek için öğrencilerin programdaki tüm dersleri almaları ve özgün bir araştırma yaparak bu araştırmayı tez haline getirip bir jüri önünde sunması ve başarılı olması gerekmektedir
İlerleme Yolları (İlişki Türü)	Mezuniyet sonrasında yurt içinde ve dışında eğitim yönetimi yanında denetim gibi alanlarda istihdam edilebilirler. Akademik çalışmalar yapabilirler. Özel ya da Kamu Üniversitelerinde akademisyen olarak görev yapabilirler.
