To raise a well-equipped, attentive, tolerant and self-confident generation in the area of Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.To educate students who can able to solve different engineering problems and experts in their areas. To graduate people who can easily solve the problems in the area of engineering and other disciplines thinking analytically. To grow up people who can take individual responsibility and able to study in a group also conscious about the quality concerns. To bring up efficient and well-practiced students who can be able to study with multy discipliner works and good talented. To train new individuals in order to adapt the modern world and well equipped students having sufficient morality and professionalism. To produce graduates who have social, economic, health, security and environmental concerns about the society withtaking the society’s interest in the first order. To produce awareness with the students in order to study individually or as a team work and to contribute its graduates to be able to make research and development studies, to patent new efforts in the science and technology. To educate the students who have the ability to set up efficient communication with its environment.To upbring people who are aware of the necessity of lifelong learning and recognize it with the different abilities.

For each course taken at BATU, the student is given one of the letter grades defined in the table below by the instructor as the semester course grade. In order to be successful in a course, students have to get a grade of at least DD, equivalent ECTS grade E.Students who enrolled in the courses in the course plans of their undergraduate programmes and succeeded in those courses, and those who successfully completed the internships and graduation projects included in Batman University a Bachelor Degre.

The students who are placed by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) to study at Batman University are announced on BATUs web site along with the list of the documents required for registration. The students are invited to finalize their registration process on the dates specifically defined for their programs. All the procedures related to the enrollment have to be personally completed by the students unless they do not have a valid written excuse. The registration process is implemented by Student Affairs Office. International full time students who gain the right to enroll at BATU are also announced on the web site after the evaluation of their application. They are provided with a “Letter of Acceptance” in order for them to apply for student visa and diploma equivalency. During the registration dates, the students must submit the required documents and complete the registration procedure on time. International exchange students are accepted in the framework a bilateral agreement between BATMAN UNIVERSITY and the partner university. The exchange students are enrolled to courses and carry out the procedures in the light of the terms determined in the bilateral agreement. At the end of the study period, exchange students are provided with an official transcript in which all the courses they are enrolled are listed with their ECTS grades and credits.

Graduates of the program of Electrical and Electronics Engineering can find a job in electrical, electronics and communications industry, national and multi-national companies, radio and TV broadcasting facilities, internet services, and related organizations in the health sector research and development, production and marketing departments . Many of them have post-graduate studies at prestigious universities.
