- İşletim sistemi, temel ofis yazılımları ve bilgisayar genel donanımı hakkında bilgi kullanabilir.
- Alanı ile ilgili konularda sahip olduğu temel bilgi ve beceriler düzeyinde düşüncelerini yazılı ve sözlü iletişim yoluyla aktarabilir. Sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerilerini uzman olan ve olmayan kişilerle paylaşabilir.
- Alanı ile ilgili temel düzeydeki bir çalışmayı bağımsız olarak yürütür. Analog ve dijital elektrik ölçü aletlerini kullanır.
- Sosyal hakların evrenselliği, sosyal adalet, kalite ve kültürel değerler ile çevre koruma, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konularında yeterli bilince sahip olur.
- Temel elektrik büyüklüklerini ve kavramlarını bilir. DA devrelerinin analizini yapabilir ve devre teoremlerini çözümde kullanabilir. AA devre elemanlarını tanır ve çözümlemelerini yapabilir.
- Çizim ve simülasyon programları ile elektrik ve elektronik devreleri tasarlar, elektrik tesisat planlarını çizer, topraklama, kesit ve gerilim düşümü hesaplamaları yapar.
- Elektromekanik kumanda devrelerini ve PLC sistemlerini tasarlar ve uygular.
- Güç elektroniği devrelerini tasarlar ve uygular.Elektrik makinalarının yapısını bilir, tesisatlarını kurar ve istenilen şartlara uygun kullanır.
- Elektrik enerjisinin üretim ve iletimi hakkında temel bilgilere sahip olur.
- Elektrik enerjisinin dağıtımı, denetimi ve korunumu hakkında temel bilgilere sahip hale gelir.
- Elektrikli cihaz ve sistemlerin yapısı hakkında temel bilgiye sahiptir, bunların bakım onarım ve montajını yapar.
