| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Her ders için kullanılan ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri, ilgili öğretim üyesi tarafından İSÜ Syllabus programında her dönem başında tanımlanmaktadır. Ders başarı notları ile ilgili olarak 16.08.2020 tarihinde Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girmiş olan İstinye Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans Eğitim Öğretim Yönetmeliği Madde 29 uygulanır. MADDE 29 – (1) Bir dersteki başarı durumu ders başarı notu ile belirlenir. Ders başarı notu, yarıyıl/yıl başında ilgili öğretim elemanı tarafından otomasyon üzerinden ağırlıkları ve koşulları ilan edilen tüm sınavlar, ödev, proje, uygulama ve benzeri çalışmalarda öğrencinin gösterdiği başarının değerlendirilmesiyle elde edilir. Yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınavının, ders başarı notuna etkisi en az %30, en çok %70 olacak şekilde uygulanır ve başarı notuna ilişkin diğer hususlar ilgili birim kurulunca belirlenebilir. Sadece yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınavı yapılan uygulamalı derslerde ve tek ders sınavında, yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınavının başarı notuna katkısı %100’dür. (2) Üniversitede ders başarı durumu mutlak ve/veya bağıl sistem üzerinden değerlendirilir. (3) Notlar ve katsayılar aşağıda belirtildiği şekilde değerlendirilir: a) Başarı notları ve katsayıları aşağıdaki tabloda belirtilmiştir:

| Kalite Güvencesi | Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için; YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretimle diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetiminden sorumludur. YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde her yıl hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlarda YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. YÖK tarafından her yıl vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait akademik, idari ve mali verileri içeren “Vakıf Yükseköğretim Kurumları Raporu” yayımlanır. Vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik yapılan nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren bu raporlar YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. Yükseköğretimde lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi “Yükseköğretim Diploma Programlarının Kalite Güvencesinin Sağlanmasına Yönelik Usul ve Esaslar” a göre sağlanır: 1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması: 1.1. YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans bölüm ve programların açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler. 1.2. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir. 1.3. Öz Değerlendirme-Dış Değerlendirme: Yükseköğretim kurumları, sürekli izleme bağlamında, her yılın başında bir önceki yıla ait “Kurum İç Değerlendirme Raporlarını” Yükseköğretim Kalite Kurulu (YÖKAK) tarafından hazırlanan Bilgi Sistemine girer. YÖKAK, yükseköğretim kurumlarının dış değerlendirmesine ilişkin hazırladığı “Kurumsal Geri Bildirim Raporu”nu kamuoyuyla paylaşılır. - Öğrencilerin İlk ve Acil Yardım Programına kayıt yaptırabilmesi için, lise veya dengi bir eğitimi tamamlayarak diploma almış olması ve Ölçme, Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından yapılan merkezi ulusal sınavı ile yerleştirmenin yapılmış olması gerekmektedir.
- Bu programa alınacak öğrencilerin, devlet hastanelerinden veya üniversite hastanelerinden, sürücü belgesi almaya engel olmayan bir beden yapısı ve ruh sağlığına sahip olduklarını belgeleyen rapor almaları (Öğrencinin boy ve kilosunun sağlık kurulu raporunda belirtilmesi gerekmektedir.), program gereği 2. sınıfta araç kullanmalarının zorunlu olması sebebiyle kayıt tarihinde 17 yaşını tamamlamış olmaları; erkek öğrencilerde 1.65 m’den, kız öğrencilerde 1.60 m’den kısa olmamak, boy uzunluğunun santimetre olarak ifade edilen değerinin son iki rakamından en çok 5 fazla veya 15 noksan kilo ağırlığında olmak; kurtarma ve taşıma işlerinde iki kişilik bir ekipte çalışırken sedyedeki bir hastayı ekip arkadaşı ile birlikte taşıyabilecek beden ve fizik yeterliliğine sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
Bu programdan mezun olan öğrenciler, 112 Acil Yardım Merkezlerinde, devlet sektöründe veya özel ambulans şirketlerinde ve devlet, üniversite veya özel hastane acil servislerinde, Tıp Merkezlerinde, işyeri acil yardım ünitelerinde çalışma imkânı bulmaktadır.
