Ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde işletme yönetimiyle ilgili temel kavramlar hakkında donanımlı, işletmenin tüm departmanlarında sahip olduğu bilgi birikimine uyum içerisinde işlerlik kazandırabilecek becerilere sahip bireyler yetiştirmek, çalışma hayatına ve akademik dünyanın gereklerine uygun çağdaş ve profesyonel bir eğitim vermektir. Bu program İngilizce olarak da sunulmaktadır.
- İşletmenin temel fonksiyonlarını ve işletmeciliğin temel kavramlarını uzmanlık düzeyinde kavrayabilmek ve bunları pazarlama,üretim,muhasebe,finans,yönetim alanlarında uygulayabilmek.
- Etkili proje planlaması gerçekleştirmeye yönelik olarak doğru proje yönetimi tekniklerini kullanabilmek.
- Yönetim- organizasyon alanına ilişkin edindiği bilgileri karar, uygulama ve davranışlarında kullanmak suretiyle verileri yorumlayabilmek, analiz edebilmek, sorunları tanımlayabilmek ve çözüm önerileri getirebilmek.
- Pazar araştırması, satış vb konularda verileri yorumlayabilmek, analiz edebilmek, pazarlama sorunlarını tanımlayıp çözüm önerileri getirebilmek.
- İşletme yönetiminin ulusal ve küresel boyutlarındaki meydana gelen değişim ve gelişimi izleyebilmek ve analiz edip yorumlayabilmek.
- Finans alanının ilişkili olduğu temel işletmecilik fonksiyonlarıyla olan etkileşimini açıklayabilmek.
- Mali tablolardan yararlanarak işletmelerin finansal durumunu analiz edebilmek ve planlama yapabilmek.
- İş yaşamının hukuki, toplumsal ve sosyal ve etik yönlerini kavramak.
- İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi ve diğer sosyal bilimler alanlarındaki kuramsal ve uygulamalı bilgileri beraber kullanabilme yeteneğini edinmek.
- İşletme yönetiminin stratejik, taktik ve operasyonel boyutlarına hakim olmak, işletmeyi örgütsel düzeyde tasarlamak ve analiz edebilmek.

The type of examination can be written or oral exam, homework, project etc. In all cases, course evaluation criteria(s) are announced to the students at the beginning of the semester by the lecturer. In order to apply to Master Program, students must have a Bachelors degree (or its equivalent), ALES-Equal Weight exam score at least 55.
