| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Lisans öğretimi İşletme alanı dışında olan öğrenciler, Bilimsel hazırlık Programı’na devam ederler. Bu programda yer alan dersleri başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler İşletme Yüksek Lisans Programına kaydolurlar. Derslere %70 ve uygulamalara %80 oranında devam zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır. Her ders için en az bir ara sınav yapılması zorunludur. Öğrencilerin bir dersten başarılı kabul edilmeleri için dersin teori ve uygulamalarına devam etmiş ve başarı notunun en az 65 olması gerekir. Başarı notu ara sınav notunun veya ortalamasının %40’ı ile yarıyıl sonu veya bütünleme sınavının %60’ının toplamı ile bulunur. Seminer, ikinci ara sınav notu olarak değerlenir. Her dönem 14 hafta olup dersler dönemliktir. Dönem sonunda yarıyıl sonu sınavları yapılır. Bu sınavlarda başarılı olamayan öğrenciler bütünleme sınavına girerler. Bu sınavlarda da başarılı olamayan öğrenciler izleyen yılda o dersleri kendi dönemlerinde tekrar alırlar. Ancak bu kez derslere devam koşulu aranmaz. Derslerini tamamlayan öğrenciler, danışmanlarının gözetiminde iki yarıyıllık bir süre içinde bir tez hazırlarlar. Bölümde ders geçme ve tez hazırlama sistemi uygulanmakta olup mezun olabilmek için 60 AKTS kredisi dersten başarılı olmak ve hazırlanan tezi jüri önünde sunup başarılı kabul edilmesi gerekmektedir. | |

- İşletmelerin üretim, pazarlama, yönetim, muhasebe-finansman ve insan kaynakları yönetimi bölümlerinden birinde uzmanlaşarak yönetim ekibinde görev alabilirler.
- Uzmanlaştıkları alanla ilgili aldıkları görevlerde problemleri tespit edebilir ve çözüm önerileri geliştirebilirler.

At least one midterm examination is necessary for each course. Seminar grade can be evaluated as second midterm examination. To be considered as successful, students must attend both the theoretical and laboratory lessons and take at least 65/100 grades in average. The success grade is calculated by the sum of 40% of midterm and 60% of final examination. Each education term composed of 14 weeks. The final examinations are taken at the end of education terms. Students who are not successful in these examinations take make-up examination at the end of each term. Students who do not pass from make-up examination have to take the same course in the following term. However, the attendance is not compulsory for these courses. The requirements for the program degree consist of a program 60 ECTS credit hours normally completed in one year, built on the undergraduate major in business administration.
