- Yüksek lisans derecesi yeterlilikleri üzerine kurulan, aynı ya da farklı bir alandaki bilgilerin genişletilmesi ve derinleştirilmesi ile birlikte, bilimsel araştırma yaparak bilgiye ulaşır, yorumlama ve uygulama yaparak bilgilerini uzmanlık düzeyinde geliştirir.
- Alanı ile ilgili konularda karşılaşılan toplumsal, bilimsel, kültürel ve etik sorunların çözümüne katkıda bulunabilir ve bu değerlerin gelişimini destekleyebilir.
- Alanına yenilik getiren, yeni bir düşünce, yöntem, tasarım ve/veya uygulama geliştiren ya da bilinen bir düşünce, yöntem, tasarım ve/veya uygulamayı farklı bir alana uygulayan özgün bir çalışmayı bağımsız olarak gerçekleştirerek alanındaki ilerlemeye katkıda bulanabilir.

| Access Requirements | Original documents or their copies approved by the Institute necessary for registration are accepted. Registration process is based upon the applicant’s declarations on the status of the compulsory military service and the judicial records. The documents presented for the application shall not be asked again from the applicants who are entitled for the registration. Applicants must fulfill the conditions and succeed the prerequisite exam(s) necessary set by university and the HEC, in order to register to a certain program. Students who are already enrolled to programs in other universities in Turkey or programs abroad can apply to be transferred to the corresponding program as long as fulfilling the conditions set by the program, Institute and the University. Evaluation procedure is carried out at the beginning of the semester according to the circumstance of the student and the program applied for. Conditions of acceptance and registration are pronounced in the web page before the beginning of each fall and spring semester of the year. | |
