| İlerleme Yolları (İlişki Türü) | Sanat Tarihi bölümünden mezun olan öğrencilere Sanat Tarihçisi unvanı verilecektir. Sanat Tarihi mezunları geniş bir iş yelpazesinde istihdam edilebilmektedir. Programdan mezun olacaklar, arkeolog olarak Restorasyon konservasyon alanında çalışan firmalar, mimarlık ofisleri, arkeolojik kazılar, müzeler, belediyeler, kültür bakanlığı gibi özel ve kamu kuruluşlarında çalışma olanaklarına sahip olacaktır. Program öğrencileri için toplam staj öngörülmemektedir. | |

Sanat Tarihi bölümünün misyonları arasında sanatsal ve kültürel açıdan kaliteli eğitim almış öğrenciler yetiştirmek gelmektedir. Sanat tarihi açısından potansiyel bir kültür zenginliğine sahip olan Türkiye'de sanat tarihi araştırmalarını ve bilimsel çalışmaları uluslararası ortama taşımak bölümümüzün hedefleri arasında bulunmaktadır.
- Bilimsel etik ve sorumluluk bilinci kazanmak.
- Sanat Tarih biliminin konularında veri kaynağı olan bilgileri toplama, analiz etme, yorumlama, tartışma ve önerilerde bulunma yeteneği kazanmak.
- Sanat Tarih alanında yapılmış güncel araştırmaları takip edebilecek ve iletişim kurabilecek düzeyde yabancı dil bilgisine sahip olmak.
- Farklı coğrafyalardaki sanat ve mimarlık ürünlerini karşılaştırma yoluyla objektif ve tutarlı yorumlar yapma becerisi kazanmak.
- Sanat ve Mimarlık ürünlerinin üretiminde ve gelişiminde malzeme, yapım tekniği, tasarım, siyasi, sosyal, ekonomik, ideolojik vs. faktörlerin etkisini irdeleme ve değerlendirme yeteneğine sahip olmak.
- Sanat Tarihi alanındaki bilimsel yayınları, teknolojik gelişmeleri takip edebilme ve bunlara ulaşabilme becerisi edinmek.
- Sanat Tarihi alanındaki bilgilerini disiplinler arası çalışmalarda uygulama yeteneğine sahip olmak.
- Sanat Tarihi biliminin ulusal veya uluslar arası boyutta anlam ve öneminin farkına varmak; günümüze ulaşan sanat ve mimarlık ürünlerinin değerlendirme ve yorumlama yetisine sahip olmak.
- Yaşam boyu yeni bilgi ve beceriler kazanma gerekliliği bilincine ulaşmak.
- Anadolu ve Anadolu dışında ortaya çıkartılan kültürel varlıklar arasında sentez kurabilme yeteneğine sahip olabilme.
- Sanat ve mimarlık ürünlerine, kültürel mirasa ve çevresine sahip çıkabilme duyarlılığına sahip olabilme.
- Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim yeteneğine sahip olmak ve eleştirel düşünebilme yeteneğini geliştirmek.

The recognition record is unique for each student and therefore the procedure is carried out accordingly before the start of each academic year. Under an established exchanges program or one approved by the University, exchange students from abroad may be accepted for studies on the courses taught in English. | Conditions for Success | Have to acquire at least an average of 2.0 out of 4.0 to complete the whole existing courses (totally 240 ECTS) successfully.There is no final examination or examination period at the end of an academic year, or at the end of the study programme. There is, however, a final examination and examination periods, i.e., normally takes two weeks and starts immediately after at the end of each semester. In addition to that student is required to complete a degree project and final year dissertation, (taken normally in 7th or 8th semester), which follows an oral presentation. | |
